Recently, we were invited to one of our favorite midtown bar/restaurants, Kupros. We got to chat with the Executive Chef, Kent Souza who took over the kitchen, just a little less than a year ago. Chef Kent has made some big improvements in their kitchen and it really shows in the quality of their food.
Chef Kent, explains that he wants to focus on the midtown neighborhood needs, a quality lunch spot with reasonable prices. His menu is seasonal focused and honors the farm to fork concept that Sacramento is now known for; America’s farm to fork capitol.
Some of the new fare that you’ll see; Mussels and Grilled Bread as a starter and main items like Harvest Salad and sandwich options like Chicken Mushroom and Swiss Melt or Grilled Cheese with the option of ordering them in full or half sizes.
