A quintessential American success story, Frank Fat’s celebrates 78thAnniversary. In celebration of the award-winning restaurant, Frank Fat’s will be offering a special 78th Anniversary Menu that personifies the Frank Fat’s experience from August through September.
Sacramento’s oldest family-owned and operated restaurant has been serving Chinese cuisine and American dishes (with a Frank Fat’s twist) for more than seven decades. A restaurant started by an immigrant dishwasher from Canton, China, Frank Fat’s single-handedly created a downtown political scene, along with a tradition of legendary modern Chinese cuisine and unparalleled service.
Guests will dine on signature Frank Fat dishes created by Frank Fat himself and evolved over the years under the direction of family matriarch and VP of Culinary Research and Development, Lina Fat. Menu items include the Chinese Chicken Salad, Frank’s Style New York Steak (grilled, sliced, and smothered in sautéed onions and oyster sauce), Honey Walnut Prawns, Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry, Young Shew Fried Rice and Fat’s Famous Banana Cream Pie.
